Patrick is a technology veteran with over a decade’s experience under his belt. In his current role as Head of Client Services, he leads in developing and implementing client services operational strategies to provide an overall positive client experience globally. His team is responsible for being the primary point of contact for our clients, be it fielding all aspects of customer inquiries or resolving production issues. The team further provides product and technical training for clients to establish and ensure strong relationships on an on-going basis.

Before joining Spark Systems, Patrick was with Patsystems (part of the ION Group), where he held several roles. He was a Technical Account Manager managing technical queries for his portfolios of clients, before moving on to become an Application Technical Lead in their Service Specialist area for the Asia Pacific region, designing system flows and supporting system upgrades and migration.

Earlier in his career, Patrick was an IT Executive with Phillip Futures where he liaised with various functions to manage and resolve clients’ day-to-day queries on their futures and options issues.

Patrick graduated with an Advanced Diploma in Information Communications Technology from Informatics Academy, Singapore.
